    I couldn't fault the hotel at all. Its a pity with water park next door that they don't do arrange a 2 or 3 day ticket for families to make it more affordable.

    I would have said it was 4* rather than 5*, not being served your drinks in the restaurant made an extra queue which wasn’t 5* treatment. We were also disappointed to see the omelette chef was not present this year at breakfast.

    The hotel was immaculately clean and well maintained. Despite the hotel being really busy you did not feel this when around the pool or on the beach- there was always a sun loungers available and the hotel was quiet despite it mainly consisting of families. Room was lovely and had a wonderful view. Felt really safe and had several lifeguards at each pool ensuring everyone was safe whilst having fun. Food was generally good- loved the amount of Greek options (as we were in Greece). All staff we came into contact were friendly and helpful. Plates and glasses were cleared quickly. We managed to get bookings at both Al carte restaurants and they were both wonderful and great to be able to sit down as a family and enjoy a meal together. The negatives for us were that at the main restaurant you could only eat indoors despite the ability to be able to open the bifold doors. In the morning, at times it felt like we were sitting in a greenhouse as so warm and no air and also it was so loud due to this. It was a real shame there was no option to be outdoors and would put us returning as this is something we enjoy when being away. Another downside for us was having to queue and get drinks at the bar area in all restaurants. When you have young children it means we didn’t end up sitting and eating as a family as by the time we had collected children and our food and drinks they would be finishing. This made it feel lower than a 5*.

    Room not ready on arrival had to wait, they took my nukber to call when it was ready. We sat in reception waiting and no call, also asked twice in the time we were sat there if it was ready. I waited 10mins after the time they said it should be ready. When i asked they said they had already shouted my name out - they hadn’t as i was sat right in front of the desk- also why would they not have rang me if they didn’t think we were there. That affected the overall experience from the hotel but everything else was fine room/food/cleanliness
