    “Härlig vecka.”

    Vi gillade att hotellet hade olika delar. Tysta vuxen zoner mycket uppskattat. Helt ok mat. Väldigt bra dryck. Underbar strand med fantastisk personal. Jätte fint rum. Vi hade en toppen vecka. Rekommenderar för avslappning.

    When booking the holiday the hotel stood out from all the others we were looking at. The general appearance of the hotel, the restaurants and the chance to have a swim up room really appealed to us. Everything was great from booking the holiday all the way to travelling out. The hotel looked stunning, just like the pictures we had seen. When it came to the food and service that's a different story, the food was shocking definitely not 5*. The quality of the food wasn't good at all, not much choice for my 8 year old son. The waiters would get you sat down and then not come back to ask for drinks. The à la carte restaurants were just as bad as the buffet, the quality of the food was poor. When you asked a waiter for a drink they would roll their eyes. This was our third holiday we've booked with TUI and this was by far the worst. Nothing against TUI, but the hotel shouldn't be advertised as a 5*.

    The hotel was exceptionally clean. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Beautiful setting. Service was a little slow at times but nothing that I would complain about.
