Stayed before numerous times and was great, room wasn’t ideal, air con didn’t work well, tv didn’t work and we fixed it ourselves. Room not cleaned on first full day.

Cleaned every day,air conditioning worked really well. Good choice of TV channels comfortable beds and seating area.As we had an early morning flight we were offered breakfast although the restaurant was closed without requesting it.

Excellent accommodation, extremely helpful and courteous staff.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und ruhig , liegt gut an 2 Stränden .. Zum Sonnenuntergang kann man zum Leuchtturm laufen , es ist dort wunderschön und dort sind ganz viele Leute die dort hinkommen .. Ein Restaurant ist auch dort , wenn an von dort aus den Sonnenuntergang sehen möchte .. In der Nähe gibt es sehr viele Restaurants , Shopping Centre , bootshafen . Die Bushaltestelle ist ganz nah am Hotel , da kann man nach ciudella hinfahren oder andere Strände . Das Hotel hat einen Pool , aber dazu kann ich nicht viel sagen , da ich es nie nutze .. Spa und Fitness gibt es dort auch .. Das Essen dort ist sehr sehr gut .. die Reiseleitung ist fast jeden Tag dort .. Wer Ruhe möchte und sich erholen will , ist dort genau richtig .. Und das Meer ist sieht aus wie in der Karibik und es ist warm ..

The front entrance and reception were warm & welcoming, the staff were very polite & friendly, the staff in the whole of the hotel were amazing, that’s were it stops, the walk to our room, everything started to change, the hallways were very reminiscent of the film The Shining… when we got to the room, it’s was clean, the air conditioning was working perfectly, the beds were comfy, but the room again was very dated, there was also mould on some of the walls and in the bathroom above the shower, as the week progressed we found that the salon bar was CLOSED, with no explanation as to why, and you could only get a drink at the pool bar at night, which was not ideal, if you wanted a quite drink, we also noticed that the pool bar and area were not cleaned the whole 2 weeks we were there, as food waste and drink spillages were still on the floors, leading to the pool bar, which was not acceptable, I have stayed at many hotels in Cala n Bosch, even 3 stars and the hotels were always cleaned every day, it definitely does not warrant 4 stars. The breakfast was nice, but not the best I have had at a 4 star hotel, we will definitely not go back to this hotel, we are going to the Caramelo Marina in September and have already booked for next year.
