    Staff as always were amazing. Accommodation same as when we went in 2013. Food was ok. Evening entertainment was abysmal. It is definitely the staff that keeps people returning.

    A lot of the accommodation was tired, air-conditioning not cold enough in the 2nd building so had to move into a suite in the 3rd block and pay alot more money for it. Food was good variety but not always hot. Some of us, on speaking to other guests, had bad tummies. There was a dirty, dark line at water level in the pool, it wasn't scrubbed once even after it was pointed out, also they closed the pool for a Saturday afternoon in August for chlorine maintenance- this should be done overnight (was not done due to any 'issues'). A bar staff member opened my husband's coffee sachet with his teeth!! Same member of staff also had his bare hand in the cold water dispenser trying to stick long cucumber slices to the sides. This dispenser was taken to the pool bar every morning. By the way a huge shout out to Muhammad at the pool bar , he never stopped smiling and running around handing out trays of drinks AND serve at the pool bar- needs 2 people all the time!! Sunbeds and umbrellas are in dire need of change which i believe will happen soon. The sunbed rule was not adhered to and needs clarification, caused bad feeling amongst guests, management aware.

    “Hôtel parfait”

    Ça fait la quatrième fois que nous allons dans cet hôtel , il est parfait, à 10 mètres de la plage, le personnel toujours aux petits soins , propreté irréprochable. La nourriture est **********, mais pas très variée. Je recommande vivement
