    The accommodation is great it's getting a little tired in places such as the grout between tiles not all white some dark patches,bottom of bathroom doors splitting from damp from shower, sliding doors leading outside need replacing also most 5 star hotels allow more than 1 visit to al le carte restaurants but not here only 1 visit per holiday regardless of length of stay plus the mini bar is also changed but in most 5* it's in with the price of your holiday other than that it's a great place to visit

    Our accommodation experience fell significantly below the standard we expected from a TUI holiday. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was inadequate, and there did not appear to be sufficient cleaning staff to cope with the number of guests. The restaurant was extremely overcrowded and chaotic, and the quality of the food was very poor, to the point that we purchased food outside the hotel. More seriously, I raised concerns with Guest Relations about the unusual taste of drinking water from several water stations. Despite being told this would be investigated, we received no meaningful follow-up. A few days later, our son became unwell and was subsequently diagnosed with a bacterial infection requiring medical treatment. I am not claiming that the hotel water caused his illness, as this has not been medically established, but given the timing of my earlier report, I believe the matter warrants proper investigation. We have retained photographs, medical documentation and evidence relating to the concerns raised. Overall, this was nowhere near the standard advertised or reasonably expected, and the issues had a significant impact on our family holiday.

    The resort is beautiful however the rooms needed a deeper clean, such as a vacuum and dusting and wiping stains from the glass, doors, walls and handles and furniture
