    Friendly staff. Drinks options poor and very sweet, no bottled water on ai. Food very repetitive and not much choice. Entertainment in an evening very poor.

    Good size rooms for 2 adults 1 child sofa bed could been more comfortable for child had to sleep in our bed . Air con not as cold would have liked overall 8 /10

    The hotel was just too noisy. Music was pumped out of loudspeakers across the complex from early in the morning till late at night. Often it sounded like we were staying in a rave rather than a hotel. Whilst you can understand it for the entertainment evenings and Karaoke nights it just didn't stop! The hotel seemed rather old and whilst it seemed to have had a recent revamp recently, the inside spaces echoed due to a lack of sound dampening which made meal times very noisy in the main restaurants. If you retreated outside to get some quiet the noise of the pumped music hit you instead. The air-conditioning in the rooms was non-adjustable and sporadic on the public areas relying too much on retrofitted systems that were not properly sized for the rooms they were trying to cool. Again I would say this was down to the age of the underlying infrastructure of the hotel which in August made some of the internal public spaces uncomfortable. The food was of a good standard and the drinks generally fine (the wine and beer tasted surprisingly good for an all inclusive). The staff were always courteous, but for us it is probably the worst of the holidays we have had with TUI just because the hotel itself was showing its age in terms of it's underlying infrastructure and no one seemed to understand how to use a volume control. Ironically a piano in the foyer bar that I would quite like to have played and I'm sure many of the guests might have been good at playing as well to give some impromptu live music was clamped shut with a big sign on it saying 'do not touch'. I can't imagine they could have been worried about children making a racket because no one would have heard them!

    Room was compact but plenty of storage space. Maids were brilliant friendly to kids and attentive to our circumstances
