    Our accommodation was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, making it easy to relax from the moment we arrived. We were even upgraded to a sea view room despite only paying for a junior suite balcony room. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were well maintained, creating a great base for our holiday. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be for the TUI rep to be more available ant the hotel. Having said that, this holiday package in Sri Lanka and for majority of the guests they had booked from their countries agents or directly with the hotel. Therefore I don’t think the rep was ’needed’ as much. However, there was a rep available at certain times of the day. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience that exceeded our expectations.

    Fabulous spacious room, we had a sea view. The housekeeping team, it was our wedding anniversary and the decorated the bed, also every day there was a new animal made out of the towels 😊

    Our accommodation was a Junior Suite with balcony view and it was very spacious and had all that we needed. The cleaning staff who cleaned the room left us a towel display and flowers which was really great to see
