    We had an amazing stay at Rixos Premium Belek and really enjoyed our time at the hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, with great facilities, a huge choice of food and restaurants, and plenty to do throughout the day. What really stood out to us, though, was how friendly and helpful the staff were throughout our stay. A special thank you to Deepak Singh at the Main Buffet, Azra at Aksam, Memmet and Kubra at People’s, and Aku and Hokuma at Mykorini. We also received amazing service from Emre, Ademi and Aliia Ay from Guest Relations, as well as Emrah Sevgili and Mariem Elamri from Club Privé. At the Club House, Mahmood, Faya, Parish, Baris and Mertcan were all really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had such an enjoyable and memorable holiday and would definitely return to Rixos Premium Belek. A special mention has to go to Ademi, Emrah Sevgili and Aliia Ay, who genuinely went above and beyond for us throughout the holiday. Their kindness, attention and willingness to help with anything we needed really stood out and made our stay even more special.

    Memorable Stay 13th Aug- 21st Aug 26 This is my second time staying at an all-inclusive Rixos hotel in Turkey. I previously stayed at Rixos Premium Bodrum, which I really enjoyed, and after staying there I decided to book Rixos Premium Belek. I had really high expectations going into the holiday and the hotel definitely delivered. The food served across the hotel was really good, from the main buffet to the à la carte restaurants. We managed to try all of the à la carte restaurants during our stay. Main Buffet Restaurant The buffet had a really good selection of food throughout our stay, with plenty of choice and something different to try each day. A special mention has to go to Deepak Singh, one of the chefs at the buffet restaurant. He made some really good Indian food and it was definitely one of the highlights of the buffet for us. He was also really friendly and always happy to help. Aksam - Turkish Grill House This was really nice and the staff were extremely friendly, especially Azra, who was really helpful and made some amazing recommendations. The baklava with ice cream was incredible. I’m still thinking about it even now! Pan Asian Restaurant Really nice restaurant that felt very premium. Our waitress was really friendly and helpful throughout the meal. The Korean wings and bao buns were especially good. People’s Memmet was the best and genuinely felt like an old friend we had known for years. He was really attentive and helped us order some popular Turkish dishes to try for the first time. Kubra was also really helpful and made a great mint tea. There were another two members of staff who really stood out, but unfortunately I forgot to make a note of their names. Mykorini A really good Greek restaurant. The food was incredible and the atmosphere was even better. Sadly, we only tried it on our last night, but Aku and Hokuma made the evening really special. Piazzetta Italiana The food was really nice and the tiramisu was honestly the best I’ve ever had. The pool was really big and, despite the hotel being busy, there were always sunbeds available throughout the day, which was great. Guest Relations When you check in, you are assigned two Guest Relations staff who assist you with anything you need throughout your stay. Emre and Ademi were both incredible, especially Ademi. She was always happy to help and, when an issue arose with my room, she helped get it sorted immediately. She was always smiling and ready to help with anything we needed. Aliia Ay, the Guest Relations Manager, was also extremely helpful when an issue arose and made sure it was rectified straight away. Club Privé The staff here were very attentive and really made our stay special. Emrah Sevgili and Mariem Elamri were the butlers assigned to us and both were nothing short of incredible. They were really helpful and always available whenever we needed them, despite how busy they were. The staff at the Club House, Mahmood, Faya, Parish, Baris and Mertcan, were also really helpful and suggested some great dishes for us to try. Lastly, I really want to give a special mention to Ademi from Guest Relations, Emrah from Club Privé and Aliia Ay from Guest Relations. All three genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay special. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and the level of care and attention they showed throughout our stay really stood out. I honestly cannot sing their praises enough and they are a huge credit to the hotel. Overall, our stay at Rixos Premium Belek was amazing. The hotel itself is beautiful and the facilities and amenities are excellent. The amenities may have been the reason we originally booked the hotel, but the staff are definitely the reason we will return. They genuinely made our stay that much more enjoyable and memorable.

    “Top Anlage mit premium Service”

    Sehr große Anlage mit hervorragendem Service und top Verpflegung. Hervorzuheben ist die super Gästebetreeung, welche jederzeit per WhatsApp erreichbar ist. Die Zimmer sind schön, nicht mehr ganz neu aber sehr gepflegt. Pool und Meer sind 1A. Kinderprogramm ist sehr groß, allerdings fehlt es an deutschsprachiger Kinderbetreuung.
