    Overall a really nice hotel with genuine service was good, few issues with room service but quickly rectified, breakfast was a good selection, the à la carte menu was good but poached eggs often served cold . For a 5* hotel there were a number of broken sunbeds by the pool, where you couldn’t sit upright for example, only an issue if the pool was very busy. Pool side service was almost non existent during our stay with no upselling unless you went to the bar itself and ordered any drinks etc over the 12 nights we were only given the pool side menu twice. Hono the bar/restaurant downstairs is worth noting that the pool table requires a daily payment of 500,000IDR approx £20-£25 , surprised and disappointed; if you just wanted to play a couple of frames each night that’s very expensive and unnecessary in my opinion, no reason why this shouldn’t be included or at minimum just one payment for your entire stay and then the use of there after. Would say overall this felt more a 4* hotel than 5 because of this. Great location for most day trips. If organising transfer to the airport from the hotel at the end of your holiday it’s worth organising an earlier time as had to chase on the day for the taxi as it wasn’t there

    Lovely hotel, very central and the staff are very attentive. As an improvement I would suggest the bar staff need a little guidance from an experienced supervisor/manager eg: Clear away the left drinks/food/plates at lot earlier for 2 reasons, 1 it attracts insects and birds and 2 other guests can’t tell if the sunbeds/sofas are available.

    We had an absolutely brilliant stay at TUI BLUE Berawa and couldn’t have asked for a better hotel for our Bali holiday. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern and kept incredibly clean. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the pool area was great, and the whole place had a really relaxed atmosphere which was perfect after spending the day exploring Bali. The staff were probably the biggest highlight. Everyone we came across was genuinely friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and we were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was also ideal for us. Berawa and Canggu have so much going on, with plenty of restaurants, beach clubs and places to visit nearby, while the hotel still felt like somewhere you could come back to and properly switch off. We stayed half board and really enjoyed the food throughout the holiday, with plenty of choice and everything we had being fresh and well presented. Bali itself was an incredible experience and staying at TUI BLUE Berawa made the trip even better. We came home with nothing but good memories and would happily stay here again if we return to Bali. A massive thank you to all the staff for making our holiday such a memorable one. 🇮🇩🌴
