Lovely hotel, shame changes are being made next year, hopefully it won’t change too much. Accommodation always clean
Show moreRoom was spotless, classed as a garden view room but wow had an amazing view of the sea too. Stunning location, never a boring minute
Show moreThe room was well maintained and looked after. The cleaners were lovely and our bed linen and towels were changed regularly. All the hotel staff were fantastic, welcoming and polite. Our room was on the end of a room which was walked by regularly - the only change I would make to the room was a walled balcony rather than glass. Also, as the Hotel was called 'Elounda Breeze' it would be useful to be given an airer with pegs which we could have used to dry the towels every day. I think this would save Tui a lot of money as people could reuse their towels. Instead ours got blown about on the balcony and covered in dirt, or stayed in where they didn't dry.
Show moreThe hotel in itself was great, our rooms were well located, choice of pools, kept clean and tidy. Entertainment reps onsite were non stop. Our youngest children had a great time. What really let it down was food and drink. And as an all inclusive this is a big part of the holiday and I'd expect a lot more from a hotel claiming 5 star. My family don't eat pork - which made up a huge part of the 'hot' meals choice especially in the evening. Where chicken was on offer it was smothered in sauce, luke warm or questionable if fully cooked (pink). The best evening meal we had on site was ironically Greek night with lamb, beef and (cooked) chicken. We ate out some nights just to get a hot, edible meal. Lunch was OK at the snack bar, but very repetitive. Wine on tap, one bar serving questionable cocktails. It's such a shame as the hotel has a lot of promise in many ways, but we wouldn't return
Show moreVery good value for money, the TUI reps were excellent throughout and the day to day programme was great
