    Recommended

    New hotel, had lots of storm damage but this was outside of the hotels control. Floods, leaks and towels and bed sheets all over - not really 5 star experience but also out of control of the staff themselves. Rooms modern , à la carte lovely, just a shame you only get one visit. Or willing to pay a supplement but at 25euros a person you could eat out in a restaurant cheaper. Make the supplement more affordable.

    On arrival at 3am our accommodation was flooded on arrival so had to move rooms then the day after we were asked to move rooms again because they needed to empty the hotel block we were assigned! The hotel ran a 24 hour reception bar below the rooms we were staying and the noise until 5am on several occasions was unbearable and this resulted in several complaints to reception and tui reps! Hotel was not a 5 star as there were numerous issues with damp in rooms , leaking showers and toilets , peeling wallpaper and patio doors and windows that did not fit the frames with big gaps down the sides letting in noise and sound ! The food was lukewarm and as the days went on the hotel limited there buffet stations and choices as if they were closing soon !!! Entertainment team worked very hard and so did bar staff , restaurant staff and cleaners however some staff were very rude and did not look like they wished to be there !

    Very nice hotel - but overwhelmed when a thunderstorm- however all staff were quickly put in positions to either block flooding or avoid sliip areas.

    The attention to detail is missing, with the general build quality poor. Looks like the hotel was forced to open before it was ready.
