    The air conditioning leaked fir two days, i reported it to reception three times and raised it via the Tui blue app three times yet they still failed to fix it. I ended up having to demand to change rooms. Awful experience as i was travelling as a single parent. I should never of been put in that situation in the first place. Also the dining area dies not have the capacity to seat all guests at peak times when the hotel is full. I ended up paying 29 euro to feed us one night as just couldnt find a place to sit! Also Tui blue app advertises multiple streaming services, theres zero. When your travelling with a teenager and relying on this for evening entertainment it isnt great

    Accommodation was new, clearly teething issues with hotel. Things leaking in rooms, rooms not being available when your arrived etc.

    Hotel was relatively clean, but service was not 5 star. There were a lot of Russians jumping queues, and the hotel staff seem to just serve them before everyone else. The hotel itself had a lot of teething issues, with fire alarms, flooding at the poolside, and smoking areas poorly demarcated. The poolside loungers were all reserved with towels before breakfast, and I don’t like the towel cards idea. There should just be a towel bin at the poolside to return towels rather than having to take them back to the spa. Rooms don’t have shaver sockets in the bathroom. The gym was too small for the hotel, and was very dusty. Rooms were clean and comfortable. For a new hotel, the quality of finish in the bathroom was of a poor standard.

    The hotel just wasn’t finished and parts of it were rushed cosmetically and looked a mess. Steps into swim up only had 2 steps on ladders and proved difficult to get in and a struggle to get out. This resulted in my husband having an accident to his big toe which we reported to the rep. No way of getting out on one side of the swim up room on ground floor. Swim up in our room hadn’t been grouted properly and was patched up poorly around the sides. The swim up didn’t seem to be cleaned not whilst we were there, we saw dead insects and some rubbish left in as this was a shared swim up. The tiles were dirty above the water level. Tiles had come off the main pool which we reported to the rep. This pool was a bad design and really didn’t take into consideration elderly getting in and out or those with babies, surely there should have been a walk in gradient section. There were masonry rubbish left in the lift shaft and the walls had only been partly painted. The wallpaper was marked in room 5113 plus the bathroom wallpaper had not been trimmed at the bottom. The outside swim up rooms pointing was poorly applied with residue left and wood stain all over the walls really looked slapdash. We had to ask 3 times over 2 days for the mini bar to be restocked. There really wasn’t enough sunbed, enough tables in the main restaurant and enough staff deployed to clear up and serve in main restaurant and at the swim up bar. The children’s playground wasn’t shaded so the play equipment were far too hot to sit on. We had to ask for the babies cot on arrival (they were quick bringing it though). On the TUI blu app it says baby accessories but we just got the cot no steriliser or container was provided for the bottles so we had to utilise the sink. The approach to the hotel is shabby with derelict land and a waterfall that was dry and out of order. There was no ice cream available on one day. The check out day was awful when trying to get showered and changed- no access to a room when there was 5 of us one being a baby; we had to all share a shower with those also checking out that day and those people using the spa it must have been 25 deep maybe more waiting for the shower so the females showered together having to keep our costumes on passing the baby round whilst the other washed. A big disappointment was only having 1 entry into 1 of the alacartes as a promoted 5 star hotel surely access to all restaurants per week should be made available this would at least release congestion in the main serve yourself hall. The staff were polite pleasant friendly and worked hard, nothing was too much trouble (apart from check out). Food was very good and plentiful, drinks were also very good.
