It was a little bit out of the way - had a free shuttle bus which helped, but the shuttle could be more frequent in my opinion. There was a little bit of damage to our room (floor and outside table) in the annexe but apart from that the accommodation was good.

Hotel staff excellent, food and service very good, Tui staff great, hotel very clean. Hotel itself needs some work to bring it up to a better standard along with the grounds. This hotel could be amazing

Staff were great and worked really hard to keep people served. Drinks were provided all day, both alcoholic and non alcoholic. The food was poor, breakfast ok but other meals quality of food and the choice was not what we expected from a TUI blue. There was only the one restaurant and the hotel was too far away from anywhere to go out. The shuttle bus into Sorrento had to be booked and had only limited number of seats

Loved this place - the staff are fantastic, very helpful and friendly, the food is very very good with lots of choice across all 3 meals - the Restaurant is run like clockwork by the team with Giovanni at the helm who had eyes everywhere and kept everything moving like a well oiled machine - another mention is Daniella in the bar who appeared to be everywhere and treated all the guests like friends. The hotel itself was charming, maybe needing a lick of paint here and there but clean and comfortable, the rooms varied quite a bit with old and new - but all had their own character and the aircon was pretty much silent and very efficient. We had quite a bit of rain so a lot of people stayed in and around the hotel, there were plenty of activities to while away the storms. The hotel has large gardens with seperate areas everywhere so it is pretty easy to enjoy some time on your own or in a small group with relative privacy..... and youre never too far from a bar! The all inclusive package includes buffet and a la carte dining on alternate nights.... (a la carte nights still include a buffet as well if you so desire!) and all drinks.... (including a massive cocktail list, beer (peroni) wine and spirits) Two of us travelled to Naples for a late night Napoli match and the Hotel was very helpful in sorting out a taxi for me at a reasonable (for the area!) price...and even phoned me during the evening to check all was ok... they knew we were sitting pretty close to the Napoli Ultras !! Also needing a mention is Napoleon the cat, who seemed to own the place, a beautiful boy! The reception staff were very efficient and helpful and we had no trouble getting the bus ride into Sorrento on every occasion! Although quite busy, the local Sita bus service is very frequent and reliable and pretty cheap at only around 2 euro's for a trip into Positano....well worth a visit if only for the views alone. Before we went, some of the reviews gave us a little bit of foreboding but based on our experience the holiday was a complete success with everyone (5 of us) all having a wonderful holiday. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and we will definitely be going back in the not too distant future!
