    Fantastic hotel with great friendly staff who go above and beyond. Catering staff can really cook which is a big plus . Cleaners work every day and do all fancy animals / flowers on beds which is nice. My bed was terrible due to it having no wheels on legs on 1 side and so woke up every day with worst back ache . I didn’t realise until second to last day when I’d dropt my phone on floor only to notice there where no wheels and legs had buckled. Didn’t seem right to complain on last day as we had such a wonderful stay. I’m sure if I’d of mentioned it to reception it would have been sorted within the day. Can’t fault the hotel just hope people don’t book it as it’s harder to get dates I’d like

    Every single member of the hotel staff was warm , friendly and helpful. The entertainment team was exceptional - got everyone involved and made our holiday experience so much more fun. Cannot thank them enough. Staff in the restaurant were equally brilliant and kind. As a vegan I chose TUI Blue and the only one comment was that they could add a vegan pudding / cake option and a vegan yogurt at breakfast. Aside from the that it was brilliant highly recommend

    Unfortunately many of the hotel room's including ours are right next to the outdoor stage so you are unable the relax and have a quiet nights even more so as the speakers are positioned towards the rooms Drinks menu is limited Bar staff need to be more pleasant as a lot of the time when ordering drinks it seemed to be to much trouble unless you were tipping
