    Absolutely love the set up at Palm Beach Hammamet - it is the perfect mix of pool/beach/sunbathing areas, which are not too spread out and not too crammed in. There are always plenty of sunbeds no matter what time of day you go down and there are several areas in which to choose them. The hotel is immaculately clean and tidy everywhere. The cleaners are a joy and work incredibly hard every day. The sea view rooms and balconies are lovely, spacious and have everything you need (No208 was perfect for us) The food is amazing and so varied you can never get bored - I am also gluten free and there is always plenty on offer for me that you just don't find on other holidays that I have been on. The drinks menu is by far the best that I have ever had at any AI resort. The A-La-Carte was an absolute treat and just divine. Adrian the TUI rep looking after us was brilliant; very knowledgeable about the area and the trips we went on and extremely helpful for the minor queries we had. The entertainment team there are fantastic; not too pushy, but just the right level of getting everyone involved and having a great time. The activities available throughout the day were great and extremely varied - you could do as little or as much as you wanted. I love the fact that everything shuts at midnight, so you/everyone goes to bed at a reasonable hour and the next day is not ruined. The hotel staff were all incredible; just so friendly and welcoming. Every single one of them said hello and nothing was ever too much trouble. They work really hard for long hours, but they always speak and look happy, which in turn makes you happy. The bar staff were just adorable. Just a incredibly relaxing, wonderful holiday that put a smile on my face every day and I can't wait to go back.

    The hotel was wonderful. Impeccably clean and there was evidence of constant up keep and maintenance of the hotel. The staff were all helpful and wonderful. Polite and kind. The pool complex and beach were great and the number of sunbeds always meant we had choice and didnt need to get up at ridiculous time to get one. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again.

    Fantastic hotel, the food was amazing and the staff were so friendly. We had everything we needed, the pools were great, the sunbeds were comfortable and no sun bed wars which is always a worry
