Tipp

The customer service and responsiveness of all the staff made this a wonderful holiday.

Bar pricing exceptionally high, food quality even at the à la carte restaurant poor, couldn’t eat the fish course as rubbery, brought it to the attention of service staff but no satisfactory response. Private swim up rooms NEED parasols by the sun beds by the pool area as there is no shade whatsoever. Apparently this wasn’t possible due to H&S rather than someone looking at this with common sense. Zero compromise from any member or staff.

This hotel has so much potential but sadly does not meet your 5T rating. The hotel looks nice, the grounds were nice, our room was lovely and our cleaner was great but that’s where the positives end unfortunately. The food in the buffet was so so poor in quality and selection, the breakfast food was cold, bland, and somewhat inedible at times. We only used the buffet once in the evening and that was when we arrived and the whole coach load of us were ushered straight into the restaurant, not being allowed to check in, go to our rooms to freshen up which was very frustrating after travelling and this was very underwhelming so ate out every night other than a visit to cullinarium again which was hit and miss with the dishes. The snacks which you had to pay extra for were good which I find interesting. The drinks at this resort were good apart from those at breakfast. The cleanliness in the buffet was very poor, the tables were a wicker style square which you could see through and the amount of food trapped on the floor along with cobwebs was disturbing and I don’t think we had one table that didn’t rock the whole time, spilling drinks everywhere everytime you moved. The staff in the buffet were inconsistent, sometimes great and straight on asking if you wanted a hot drink and clearing plates then other times no one ever came. To class this hotel as 5T is definitely a reach, I would give it 4T at best and that’s trying to be positive, not having standard amenities like an iron and iron board, even tissues in the rooms is not a 5T rating to me as you get those in a Travelodge. This hotel has potential as I have said if the issues could be improved but unfortunately I would not return for the cost of the holiday when I compare it to the Residence in fethiye which is more expensive for the same room type granted however it is ultra all inclusive with al acarte meals and the money I spent in Meltemi on snacks and drinks and having to eat out was about £1200 more than I would have spent going to the residence which definitely deserves its 5T rating.

The hotel is beautiful. Our rooms are amazing very clean. I love the minimal look lots of storage space with the wardrobes the mini bar at the safe. I mean I know these are very standard amenities but it’s good to have you didn’t have an eye and a ironing board as standard in the room, but I asked for it from reception and they delivered so all good there on that Front bed was very comfortable air-conditioning very effective and Fast I love the energy saving feature it won’t go on if there’s even a window slightly open so that’s excellent towels were good. I love that the WC is separate to the shower which is separate to you know the sink and vanity area allows everyone to use the facilities without holding anyone Up. Furniture was all very good sockets. Power sockets on bedside is excellent. My husband wears a CPAP machine because of his sleep apnoea so it was good that we had that I’m just the pool is amazing. The lounges are such good quality and Jacuzzi did not work but to be honest with you we don’t really didn’t feel that it was an issue cause we were out and about a lot but the pool was amazing friendly guests on either side of us and we could see our kids one room down so that was great nothing but good things to say
