The hotel was overcrowded. There was no room to walk around as there were too many people. The restaurant was completely overcrowded The food was basic and no tea or coffee at lunch and dinner. The only free water was tap water. There was no water for fully inclusive it had to be paid for I was very disappointed with the hotel. We also had a few power cuts which meant there was no air conditioning.
Show moreVery nice
Show moreSpacious room, comfortable beds and the sofa wasn’t too bad either
Show moreOk, but restaurants need reviewing. We could book any of the restaurants as all were fully booked. Reception got us unit he Asian but it was terrible so no wonder. They need massively reviewing. The themed restaurants should be actual restaurants. The air con was terrible. Site staff also had no idea whenever we had a question like can you catch a bus to Porto cristo.
Show moreThe food for breakfast and lunch was excellent, but the evening meal options were very poor. The seating in the restauarant was extremely cramped. We found the air-conditioning very poor - it was limited to 21 in the room, and the only option to cool below that was to rent a fan for an extra €20, which seemed very unnecessary. There were also no AC cooled communal areas to go if you needed - the reception felt as warm as outside sometimes and the sports bar was almost always closed.
