    “Traumhafter Strand bei mittelmäßigem Hotel”

    Der Strand und das Meer waren traumhaft! Das war aber auch schon das einzig positive an dem Urlaub. Das Restaurant war laut, das Essensangebot reichlich, aber eintönig. Positiv hervorzuheben ist der eine Abend im Themenrestaurant am Strand! Die Zimmer waren teilweise nicht mit funktionstüchtigen Gegenständen ausgestattet. Die Abendprogramme waren sehr laut. Morgens gab es zwei Mal Baulärm.

    “Opinia”

    Hotel nie spełniał naszych oczewikań w stu procentach. Nie dostaliśmy informacji podczas zakupu wycieczki o słonej wodzie w basenach. Ponadto, jedzenie nie bylo urozmaicone - każdego dnia to samo. Hotel nie zasługuje na 5 gwiazdek z powodu braku kontaktu w łazience i odpowiedniej ilości kontaktów w pokoju. Wyposażenie łazienki bylo ubogie. Brak wystarczającej liczby leżaków przy basenach. W restauracji ala carte jedzenie gorsze niż w głównym bufecie. Zaproponowana wycieczka fakultatywna została chwalona jako dobry wybór z małym dzieckiem - nie spełniła naszych oczekiwań. Bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach przy wejściu do bufetu. Bardzo późne zakwaterowanie - 15.00. Krótkie godziny działalności aquaparku 10-15 ( w godzinach obiadowych oraz w godzinach pełnego słońca). Polozenie hotelu fatalne - z małym dzieckiem ciężko przedostać się do najbliższego miasteczka. Bardzo późne godziny animacji dla małych dzieci.

    The accommodation and food and drink were quite good, but the hotel has several tripping hazards and is in need of work. The swimming pools have a minimum depth of 1.6 m and are not suitable for less than strong swimmers

    Lovely experience clean fresh hotel. Food a little bit too salty though but lots of options. All inclusive drink cocktails there was not a lot of options, had to pay for many others.

    Accommodation was great, when you look around though there is some general wear and tear which you would expect of a large resort. The cleaning around the pool loungers could be better, there was ash from cigarettes under the loungers that hadn’t been swept away and the floor to the pool bar was very slippy at times. I had a fall at the resort due to slippy flooring and also saw a number of people do the same at different parts. The shower in the bathrooms in the reception were a disgrace for such a large hotel. On departure day the hotel wanted to charge €150 to keep room on until 6pm or could use the shower in the bathroom. Opted to use the shower and it was appalling. Couple of inches deep in water in the changing area and nowhere to put your clothing. Room was kept clean with fresh towels and water daily. Staff were lovely throughout. And the food was excellent in the main restaurant. Went to the Mediterranean restaurant as allowed during the stay, service was lax and the food wasn’t a la carte, food was better in the main restaurant. The fruit juices and carbonated drinks were not great, you would expect real fruit juice at breakfast but sadly it wasn’t and the carbonated drinks were quite poor and often at the pool bar just pumped out the soda water. Animation team were great and really enthusiastic.
