“Vétusté- repas - piscine”

La chambre propre mais vétuste. Les tuyau de la douche noir, porte de la salle de bain en verre fixée à moitié par les charnières. Nous avons dû faire attention qu'elle ne tombe pas. Les repas non variés, froid, un micro-ondes est mis à disposition avec la mention \"Chers clients, ce micro-ondes est mis a votre disposition,vous pouvez réchauffer votre plat\". Poissons et fruits de mer pas cuits. Début d'après-midi, les bord de la piscine ont de la verdure et le fond glisse. Les évacuations d'eau ne sont pas protégées par des grilles, un enfant pourrait y mettre le bras et être coincé. Nous avons dû manger plusieurs fois a l'extérieur.

the room we selected was not as it showed. All photos of the hotel are of the new part of the hotel and not the old building which we were in. The bathroom wasn’t up to code, could barely fit in the shower it was that small and this wasn’t mentioned anywhere in photos or descriptions. The food wasn’t great either.

Nice room, as I said at the start just the shower was a bit wild, could do with a replacement, wouldve been nice if the bed couldve been made as a double in stead of two singles pushed together, the air con was good and cooled the room quickly, nice view from the balcony as well

The hotel is amazing the staff are so friendly and accommodating and will do anything to help you I would recommend this holiday to anyone had an absolutely fantastic time

The hotel is great. The new area with additional pools is a great new additional. It is a 3* and you get what you would expect. Limited choices on food but what is available is really nice. I am quite fussy with food but tried new stuff and liked the flavours, and always found somethingnice to eat. They aren't there to cater for fussy eaters! Having slush puppies on the AI is awesome, me and my niece got our moneys worth, just annoying they dont start them until 11.30. Rooms were nice, perfect for what we needed and was clean. Was night for them to leave us sandwiches and a large bottle of water in the fridge as we had a late arrival. At the beginning of our holiday, sunbeds weren't an issue but towards then end, more and more groups started to mass reserve beds early! Now the final but best bit about our stay, the entertainment team... Nicola and Louise did a fantastic job. We joined in from our first morning with all the activities. They were so welcoming and had good banter. We form a lovely friendship by the end of our stay and will remember them for many years to come. Best entertainment team I've had on a holiday in quite a few years.
