    Recommended

    Fantastic. It would have been useful to know a bit more in advance rather than the 'usual blurb'. Things like the fact there are two on-site shops, and help yourself to drinks/wine etc is a big bonus so there's no bar queues. Things we learnt off Trip Advisor but that would be helpful to know from Tui.

    The accommodation is tired and things need doing. The staff at the hotel ignored problems such as a leaking sink. We also complained about under age teens being served alcohol and becoming drunk and offensive and were told by reception that they were wearing wristbands so nothing could be done..... so was my 3 year old grandson that is no excuse for breaking laws We had things go missing from the rooms as well after the cleaners had been in and that was ignored by managers

    We had a lovely week at the hotel. It’s only a 15 minute drive from the airport. We were surprised with an upgraded room on floor 11, and our daughter and grandson had a split level room on floor 10. Both rooms were clean, with comfortable beds, a mini fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, good air con and rooms cleaned daily. Views from the terrace were amazing. All staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. The entertainment team worked tirelessly to ensure guests had a good time. We were all inclusive and the food selection worked for us. The food as expected was not piping hot so we used the microwave which is available in the dining area. We always take our own coffee. We didn’t visit the bar so unable to comment on quality of the drinks. Plenty of sun beds available but more parasols would have suited us as we prefer to sit in the shade and not full sun especially with a child. Towels available from a kiosk by the main pool area which can be changed twice a week at no charge. Life guards on duty daily. Inflatables can be used in the childrns pool. Daily programme available on the Tui app but it might be nice to have a display board in reception or by the pool area. All in all a great family holiday.

    The hotel was lovely a just as described. The split level rooms are lovely and spacious and feel quite luxury especially with our sea view as we were on the 9th floor
