I don’t think the hotel was quite up to TUI standards. Breakfast was almost the same every day. The bathroom was very cramped with no hooks to put towels on. The whole bathroom looked grubby and could do with a revamp and a deep clean. The bar was not open at all inside and the pool bar closed at 7 pm and the doors of hotel were locked at 9 o’clock and there was a notice on the door advising us how to get in using the key code. We did not expect this and was not Happy as our flight was two hours delayed and we arrive very late.

As stated

Mina the receptionist was absolutely amazing. She was engaging, helpful and generally a very nice lady. The room was clean, tidy, and suited our needs. The hotel breakfast was a buffet and generous.

It was 3 star accommodation so I have taken that into account but certain aspects were very tired and needed replacing. The tiles around the sink and shower in the bathroom were old, slightly mouldy and in one instance missing. The table on the tiny balcony (and it was a superior room) was old and stained. The tables in the breakfast room were old, damaged and in places the legs were rotten at the foot. It had plenty of Greek charm but needs a refurbishment. The manager Mina was outstanding, she was very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her.

Although categorised as 4 star, I think it is more three star. It is starting to look tired. The bar opened at 11 and loses at 12.30 for about an hour, no snacks available. Staff fantastic, locket hotel, lovely breakfast and location.
