    Holiday spoilt by renovation room in the room above ours. Knocking banging first 3 days. Fourth day industrial gamer chisselibg going on digging out concrete baths and surrounds. Scared our baby and ruined sole day. Loved room but disrupted. And restaurant front row of tables with best sea views, barred to us as we had a baby. Told our 4 month old baby may escape or break reinforced inch thick glass.

    Twin room requested and we were given a double. Couldn't be changed on the night we arrived as only 1 housekeeping staff on site that evening (for about 600 rooms). TV and hotel online app said we could 'cast' to the TV, couldn't figure it out ourselves so asked at reception and they said they get asked that all the time but they don't actually do it. Loads of dead dark rooms and spaces. The lights weren't even on in the dining room. Food selection wasn't great, meant to be themed every night but all the meals were the same thing everyday. All drinks machines covered after breakfast, even water. So although we were all inclusive the only way to get drinks was to order them and then be presented with a receipt fishing for tips. Really pressured every meal time. The 'private beach access' was time restricted. No information advising of this until you eventually find the locked gate. One main issue that customers should be aware of is that on the check out day you lose all access at midday unless you pay €30 each. I have never had to do this at any other all inclusive hotel with TUI, they have always been happy to let you use the facilities until your transfer arrives. No way this hotel should be 5 stars.

    “Teneriffa einfach schön”

    Schönes Hotel, dass schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist . Das Hotel könnte im Inneren etwas moderner gestaltet werden. Nichts desto trotz muss man sagen der Außenbereich , der Garten , die Poollandschaft und was die Küche bietet kann seines Gleichen suchen. Personal super freundlich. Das Positive überwiegt bei weitem. Es war ein sehr wunderschöner und erholsamer Urlaub
