    “Wunderschöner Urlaub im Agapi Beach”

    Das Hotel ist einfach super toll, viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen (Hauptrestaurant, Taverne, Italiener, TakaTaka Bar, Poolbar) und zum Baden sind ein Hauptpool, zwei kleinere Pools sowie das Meer vorhanden.

    “Algemene beoordeling”

    Het is altijd een fijne ervaring om met tui op vakantie te gaan. Alles verloopt altijd vlekkeloos en men kan steeds op hen rekenen. Een aanrader voor wie zorgeloos op vakantie wil.

    Rooms were great, other than lack of cupboard storage, but hotel staff helped by providing a suitcase stand. The storage was floor level shelves, not even drawers, so I couldn’t access the low level

    The resort was lovely and pretty, in a good location for the airport, sight seeing, trips or relaxing. There are some shops, supermarkets and a few restaurants very near, and a bus stop outside and taxis to go to bigger areas. Evening entertainment was ok, not amazing but there was a mixture, it was not forced and could be avoided. Daytime activities were available - football, volleyball, water polo, darts, table tennis. Sadly the sea at the hotel beach appears to be choppy regularly, so paddleboarding seems mostly unavailable and kayaking limited/difficult. We were able to swim safely, and there was a lifeguard around, although not always seen. The pools were nice and clean, well looked after with staff constantly tidying and monitoring. Sunbeds could generally be found somewhere in the resort, but people reserve beds all day on the beach then hardly use them, meaning you cannot get good locations near the sea/bar/toilets without going early. At the main pool a staff member does move towels sometimes, mainly morning tim, if beds are reserved and unused for over an hour, which seems fair and frees up some beds for later rises - although if you really want to be around the pool and bar it is best to get there by 8am, pop for breakfast when ready and snooze there. No information or notices about any cooking lessons. Olive oil tasting was good and no pressure to purchase, if anything the guests seemed to push the rep to return with some orders. Wine tasting spaces were very very limited and I only just managed to get a space despite asking almost as soon as it was advertised on the board - no info at all on the app. The tasting was lovely but was a little pointless as there was no opportunity to buy the wines except to buy then drink whilst at the hotel a la cartes, or buying online in bulk for international delivery. The bungalows were quaint and Greek. We were on the upper floor as requested, as I like a balcony, there were 2 fairly steep flights of steps, which could cause an issue for others. The rooms were good, clean and did as required, with a warm shower, nice toiletries, towels, robes, and comfy clean beds. Some parts of the room/balcony were a little tatty in areas and the sofa bed was very uncomfortable and hard - not good for a teenager. The hair dryer provided was little and not powerful at all, I needed my own. The tv was big and modern, but there was only a news channel in English and no netflix/smart tv option - which I believe was available in the main building rooms. We had a lovely view from the balcony and a pull out clothes dryer to assit drying swimwear etc. Sadly no minibar, just a fridge and a bottle of water each day. All together a good room and base for our holiday, with working air con. Staff were all lovely, friendly, smiley and helpful. The only issue was regarding late checkout request, which seemed almosy promised pending confirmation on the day, with payment, but was then refused on the morning despite pick up not being until 10.30pm. The shower rooms are not particularly lovely or easy for families, well away from luggage area, but eventually we were given a room for showers/hairdrying, but we were chased via phone to be quicker after taking 45mins for 3 people. The food was delicious with plenty of choice, and the a la carte added to the variety options, easily booked on the app a couple of days ahead. Good drink options, beer, wone, cocktails, spirits, soft drinks and mocktails - most free with All Inclusive, options to pay for brands. Beer not the best and extremely frothy from taps, but you could help yourself at several locations.

    “Wspaniałe miejsce”

    Hotel przerósł nasze oczekiwania. Od wejścia zrobił piorunujące wrażenie. Przemiła obsługa, super warunki. Jedzenie - wyśmienite. Wtematyczne kolację, możliwość rezerwacji kolacji w tawernie oddalonej o ok 900m od hotelu lub na miejscu w restauracji włoskiej - polecam wybierać dni, kiedy w głównej restauracji nie ma kolacji tematycznej - bo żal przegapić tę ucztę. W hotelu jest bardzo czysto, piękna piaszczysta plaża. Spędziliśmy tam cudowny urlop.
