The accommodation was perfect. Stunning location & stunning view from the room! Nice variety of foods available, easy to find your way around. Staff were lovely. Had such a brilliant time. Intend on going back

The food wasn't that great,it was a bit repetitive & most of the time the food was cold by the time you sat down to eat it. We stayed in room 2924 which was on the top floor, we was woken up each morning between 4-30 & 5-30 by the noise of the air conditioning unit for the hotel which was based on top of our room, I suffer with tinnitus which was made worse by the noise of the air conditioning unit

Rooms were clean, a bit dated and the lifts in the hotel were in need or repair. The staff were amazing, food and drink were good

We did not receive services that we paid for as part of the my favourite club until we asked for them and then we didn't receive everything.
