    Clean hotel, staff friendly and welcoming. Great scenic location, fairly quiet area ideal if your after a relaxing break. Great cocktails, food variation could be improved and food labelling in buffet was poor. Refundable Deposit for cups and towels on arrival, 1 euro per cup exchanged for tokens and 10 euro per towel however we bought our own towels for poolside. Evening entertained was adequate however bar not particularly busy in the evening as people sat by the sea and outdoor areas or wandered around local few shops in area. Would return but only for a week due to the variation of food- room for improvement.

    The hotel was good, staff friendly, drinks and food were very good, with a fair choice. The adult bar was a nice place to sit for pre and post dinner drinks. The only issue was with the sunbeds. There was a strict no reservation policy, with towels being removed after 15 minutes. This is fair enough to stop people reserving beds then going out for the day. However it made it very difficult for us as a group of 6 to sit together. The only alternative was to go to breakfast separately, which took away some of the pleasure from our annual group holiday. This is the only reason we would not return to this hotel. It would be better to remove towels after 45 minutes to allow some time for breakfast.

    The only comment i would like to make is that on booking( in early 2025!) i checked re whole plant based food on the menu and was informed yes..it will be provided. The first 2 days nothing provided other than vegetables, salads, fresh & canned fruits, a few seeds. Breakfast baked beans. No vegan desserts other than fruit. Some pasta & veg dishes in cheese sauce. I spoke to reception and they advised me to speak to the chef which i did. He said he'd cook something for next day..nothing prepared and was his day off. I got to speak with 2 others Rosa & Edgar who were very obliging and did provide me with dishes containing protein & delicious desserts too. I , by chance also chatted to their manager who was speaking with Rosa in the restaurant. She told me there was plenty of vegan so we walked along and i asked her where.? Showed me vegetables, rice and so on so hopefully she has been 'educated' re the bodies need for protein. She was amiable and receptive. I suggested more options readily available & clearly marked vegan. Following my chats the vegetarian / vegan options labelled but not containing protein apart from quinoa. It would have been wonderful to have had a few choices available or even two at each meal times. Having said that the salad bar, breads, vegetables, fruit were all delicious and staff amazing. Maybe a little education to cover vegan cooking. I did notice limited gluten free options and pasta was not labelled to indicate if it was. I realise it's my choice but the choices available for others all looked amazing. Impressed they did vegan sushi on the special table which changed nightly, so yummy. I would certainly return, even if travelling solo. The staff are a huge credit to Hyatt and made my holiday very enjoyable Thank you TUI
