    Our hotel bathroom was dated and needed some general upkeep especially shower area . Shower wasn’t powerful enough when washing hair and I struggled to get all the shampoo out . Toilet wasn’t in an ideal position as was behind the door and was tight to get into the bathroom as the sink was in front of the toilet . Bathroom bin needed to be bigger as have to put toilet roll in so fills up quickly . The hotel generally was lovely . Our only issue which was a problem was that there were 2 pools and a bar that were only to be used by guests that were part of the”my favourite club “or you could pay 55 euros each to use for the day . The hotel is advertised as having 3 pools but that’s not the case . We felt we shouldn’t have to pay extra to use the pools and it did cause a them and us feeling I suppose as the dining room also had a separate area for those guests. .The pools were beautiful and not used to their full potential as were much quieter than the main pool . I think clearer information on Tui website about these exclusive areas and charges should be made . It’s actually just a one pool hotel for the majority of the guests that stay there

    The accommodation was very poor standard and certainly not 4 star. The room was particularly of low standard. The lounging chairs in the main pool were green. The staff at reception were particularly rude. We asked for some advice about excursions and they told us they were not local so couldn’t help. There was an initial issue with the original room allocated as the wall and bathroom floor were wet. I have photos I can share with you
