    We really are very excited for our holidays. The hotel and meal (food, drinks, snacks, fruits) were incredible. Very kind and friendly staff. The seasides amazing and the sea was exactly for family with kids (warm and not deep water). Thank you for your support. Good luck

    Our first perception of the hotel wasn’t great, the staff weren’t overly welcoming I.e no smiles, no asking how our travel was and welcoming us warmly. We had 2 children with us, one being 4 months so had a pram to use most of the time, yet we were put in a room up 2 flights of stairs with no lift access. Despite there being signs to say reserving sunbeds are prohibited, by 8am all the sunbeds were taken up by towels and there was no where to sit. What’s even more infuriating is that a good 40% of the sunbeds with towels on were empty for hours each day. The food wasn’t great at all, mostly cold and not much variety for those that don’t like spice and herbs. The pool opening hours are 10-18.00 which could do with being longer

    As a single parent I worked hard for our first holiday in chose tui for safety and security which I had neither, both myself and my daughter felt abandoned on holiday we even looked at flights home early but we're unable to afford them

    The hotel was amazing, it had everything we needed for a mum with her two young children.

    Great hotel, the smallest we have ever been to. Hotel upgraded our room to the top floor with amazing view after my partner's request so he could propose and I said yes 🥂🍾and gave as complimentary bottle of champagne and congratulations letter which was a nice touch.
