Smoking was allowed outside the lounge and it drifted in. Didn't want to sit in outside lounge area as there was too much smoking going on.

On arrival pleasent staff,we asked about drinks with meals as we had on our booking itinerary we where then told that it was end of season so it would not be available,we then asked about entertainment and we were then also told end of season so this would not go ahead also on the itinerary,. Once in the room which we had upgraded to on checking the bathroom we found the shower door must have been broken and taken off so we had to put towels on the floor all the time , the tea and coffee we had 4flavoured tea bags and 2 coffee which where never replenished,. Food not up to standard for a 4 star hotel never hot ,told to come early for evening meal but it was the same.More annoying was that we found out this hotel is open all year,so l feel something is wrong somewhere along the line.
