The accommodation itself was good and friendly, but noisy as it was by a main busy road.

The accommodation was described as a 2 bedroom apartment. We were 2 females The beds in the second bedroom were not suitable for adults so we had to share a bedroom. Also there was no air conditioner in the second bedroom so, even if the beds had been suitable, it was unusable. Breakfast was included but had we known we could only choose one item from the menu, we wouldn't have paid the extra charge for Breakfast The hotel is on a very busy main road and a distance from the main village and from Rhodes. Buses were infrequent or full and often sailed past our stop.

Very nice accommodation, clean and friendly staff

This hotel had a problem with a sickness and Diarrhoea. For the best part of a week on day 4 of our holiday my wife went down with it. Badly. 27 hours later she was better then I went down with it for 32,hours with just water, then my daughter caught it, we have been home now 2 days and we are all so week sore and exhausted. Informed tui Ai Bot by message, rep called hotel, owner said no outbreak of sickness and diarrhoea in hotel never asked to talk with us? Other people defiantly had this bug we could hear them being sick. At different times and days. Cleaning staff always huddled in a small group talking about the situation. My wife has an Emuine system problem and really can't get infections like this. Extremely disappointed at getting berated by the owner on our last day sitting in the shade trying to keep cool waiting on our airport transfer. Telling me that there was categorically no sickness bug in her hotel, in front of the other guests at the poolside. So we left and went back to the room we hired as we were all still very fragile. Again still no one from Tui contacted us and asked for our side of what was going on, but you did ask the hotel owner to call and verify that we all looked OK and fit to fly back home that day. Extremely poor service from tui, far short of what we expected from a company we booked 3 holidays with for this year alone.

The staff and owner were amazing they couldn't do enough for you always helping you showing you around telling you where to go that's better to eat helping with travelling elsewhere
