    Felt luxury. Perfect beach for swimming and sun bathing. Loved the different pools. Staff very friendly. Facilities were immaculate.

    The hotel, was pretty much what was advertised in the information. There were way too many children there, I don’t mind kids but there were lots of them this was probably our fault booking at this time we took into consideration uk school holidays but not Europe 😵‍💫 Where ever I go I always expect an iron & ironing board in the room it should be standard to be honest I was disappointed that there wasn’t one here & when we called reception we were told we could use their laundry service, I wasn’t very happy about that also especially learning that we had to pay just short of £200 tourist tax. Which I’m sure you guys put in the small print somewhere but I didn’t see it. It just left a bad taste in my mouth!!! The drinks were expensive nearly 11 Euros for 2 fanta’s that to me is very steep, thank goodness for us finding a supermarket. I didn’t mind paying 13 euro’s for a cocktail every night & sitting watching the sunset but come on soft drinks!!! I’m also disappointed that there wasn’t water drinking fountains for people to use, in heat like that over there they really should have water on tap! That said we really did enjoy it, most of the staff were so, so friendly & really cared about the service they were providing. I did see some managers giving showdowns to the younger staff & while I think they should be pulled up & have a quiet word to nurture them, giving them a telling off in public is just not the done thing. They need to do it behind closed doors, didn’t happen a lot but I saw it a couple of times!

    “Heerlijk verblijf”

    Mijn man en ik waren hier voor 1 weekje rust vakantie. Het hotel is prachtig en het personeel is heel gedienstig. Het zandstrand is gewoon zalig. De zee is er zo rustig en je moet al redelijk ver het water ingaan om te kunnen zwemmen. Voor families met kinderen is dit een paradijs. Het hotel biedt geen all in aan, dus de dranken en snacks moet je nog betalen. Deze waren wel redelijk prijzig. Al bij al hebben wij een heel aangename vakantie beleeft.
