The apartments were clean and welcoming. Cleanliness was excellent The staff very good and sorted issues out in a timely manner

“Top locatie”

We zaten halverwege het eiland, hadden een autootje en daar konden we vanuit onze locatie overal met een halfuurtje zijn, het stadje zelf is ook echt geweldig, echt een aanrader, top hotel/appartement elke avond entertainment eten is er top zwembaden zijn ook top voor jong en oud, we zaten in Casa Luis

Best apartment ever

We stayed in a studio apartment, which was tired, and small, not at all like any of the pictures. The walls were cracked and filled, as was the ceiling. The mattresses were hard and uncomfortable, and the air conditioning was not up to the job. Our apartment overlooked the garbage area, so the smell was quite appalling non occasion, and we didn't appreciate being woken up frequently by the refuse collectors at 3:30am The bathroom had a 3/4 length bath and the shower was a mixer running off the bath mixer tap. We haven't stayed in such a room in a very long time. Apparently the hotel has a lovely 'superior' block, which we are assuming was used for all the brochure photos, but ours was extremely disappointing. Even thought the staff were really friendly, and made every effort to look after the staff, the room rather spoiled the whole experience.
