The staff were truly fantastic, got a free upgrade and from day 1 they called you by your name, remembered your favourite food and drink . Very attentive without being pushy. Had a wonderful relaxed holiday.

Nice apartment with balcony and kitchen facilities. Plenty of comfortable seating but had to sleep in two separate beds. Aircon was adequate but could be a little more powerful.

Excellent value for money, would recommend the superior block. Beds & pillows were comfortable and clean. Very clean room.

Great staff and fine accommodation. Could have done with drawers and a freezer to make ice.

Extremely run down, dated and in need of immediate attention. We experienced issues with electrics, air conditioning and kettle. However the biggest issue was massive cockroaches, one in the bed. We were moved to another block but this had excessive noise with twice daily refuse collection and lorries starting at 3 and 5am in the morning, outside the block. There was also smells from a water treatment plant nearby which we could smell. We were first time customers and felt the cost was not value for money due to such poor and dirty accommodation. You also refuse to refund us any money and we find this unacceptable. Our holiday was severely disrupted by the worries around cockroaches. The on sight restaurant / bar charged us for ice and we had to pay for a room safe and there were no instructions or information in our room for local contacts like emergencies, bus or nearest shop. We have video evidence should you wish to contact us, however we have not even received an apology from the hotel or formal complaint raised.
