A family of four with 15 and 17 year old boys, we should have been given a 2 bedroom apartment not a one bedroom with one boy expected to sleep on a sofa. This is completely unacceptable and makes me less likely to book TUI in future as you are shoehorning older families into too small rooms. Also after a 6am flight which meant we had to be in the airport for 4 am upon arrival at the hotel at 12pm we were not able to check into our rooms until 3 pm. This has never happened to me before. In combination with the bed issue TUI is not my preferred tour operator, corners are being cut!

Hotel is beautiful, food and drinks are reasonably priced and the apartment was clean as well equipped with even a dishwasher and washing machine. The location is on a hill and it’s a bit tiering walking up but taxis are so cheap, about 5 euros from the old town and there is also a free shuttle bus that can take you down. Staff very kind and helpful. I like some music around the pool which there isn’t, and there is no entertainment but with it being a 5 min walk to old town there is plenty to do down there.

Accommodation was better than the photographs show. The room is spacious and clean, however the sofa bed is not suitable for 2 people. Three of us had to sleep accross 2 single beds moved together.
