    We was in room 75 and there is a man hole cover on the pavement at opposite side of road and every time someone walks over it bangs and as the street is narrow and busy the man hole is constantly banging till early hours. I know this is not a fault of the hotel so we did not make a complaint or an issue. also some families that was there was swearing and another family was running around hotel room screaming and shouting for 2 hours before hotel security finally came up and asked them to be quiet at 3:45. Again the behaviour of families on holiday is out of the hotels control so never made this an issue for the hotel. But it certainly has changed my opinion of this hotel as this was our 3rd visit and we will not be going back again which is a shame as we always enjoyed our stays here.

    We had a great time overall, but I was disappointed that the TUI website didn’t mention that one of the pools was out of order. It would have been helpful to know this before arriving so we could have managed our expectations.

    Hotel staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. At one point I asked them to help me order a taxi as a disabled person stranded trying to get back to the hotel and they refused. The way taxis work there meant you had to call a number at the rank and speak fluent Spanish to book one and no one explained this to me. Because I failed at this I called the hotel for help to get back there and they declined leaving me and my family stranded in the 30 degree weather and standing around for almost an hour before a local helped as I was physically struggling to stand.
