Lovely and clean. Plenty of room.

Good sized rooms, clean and comfortable

The bedrooms were immaculate couldn’t fault the rooms. The bar service was excellent but the pool bar was shut half way through the holiday so once I had been in the pool I had to wait until I was dry to go inside and get a drink Staff in the restaurant were very efficient. The buffet food for breakfast, lunch and dinner was mediocre I had chicken the first night of my stay and I cut into it and it was pink which is not acceptable. The day before departing I asked if I could have a late check out as the pick for the airport wasn’t until 4 in the afternoon and we had to check out at 11 the receptionist didn’t even check if it was possible I just got the response we can’t do that I’m afraid. On the day of departure we checked out at 11am as requested to which our all inclusive bands were removed from our wrists and we was told we would have to pay for any drinks we would need until our pick up, this is unacceptable as it is a long time from 11am to 4pm for the transfer to the airport.

Lovely hotel and the staff are great, the food was the only let down, plenty of options just lacked flavour
