The rooms were clean and bathroom well equipped. Pool areas were also clean and well maintained, as were the grounds. The door to our room had a faulty lock as did the one to the rear of the room to the balcony. This made opening and closing the doors very difficult. Food was appalling - cross contamination of serving utensils from vegetarian to meat dishes. Brought up to the hotel staff but not interested and dismissed the issue. lack of signage on vegetarian food. lack of vegetarian options. Pasta under cooked considerably. The specialist Moroccan restaurant was dreadful - a set menu (not advertised) and when I asked for the vegetarian option, they just took the meat off the plate! I did not eat. Evening bar areas served drinks in plastic beakers which would make sense if we were pool side but we were not. Cocktails were made with no care or attention, thrown together and presented in a plastic cup with no garnish. This hotel was let down by the food and drink options available and how it was presented/served. The dining area had plenty of staff yet every day I had to ask for cutlery or a glass.

Rooms had issues with damp, water leaks in ceiling, patio doors not working or lockable. Not particularly well cleaned on floors. Linen was clean and fresh. Dining areas not at all clean, tables not cleared quickly, no cutlery freely available when tables not set. Wasp issues in outdoor dining areas. Food was bland and not replenished quickly enough. Queues lengthy.

The hotel was good, kept very clean. The staff were incredible, they just couldn’t do enough for us. The restaurant was a bit chaotic, with kids running about, getting juice and food themselves, instead of adults.

Hotel was clean and nice and staff went above and beyond to accommodate. But there were always long queues for drinks and specific food items. Also bar closed at 11 and then that was that, nothing further.
