Worst hotel stay we have ever had unsure where to stay next under TUI recommendations as our time away is precious and needs to be peaceful and of a 4* standard. We did speak to the TUI rep but he did not seem a bit bothered like he was used to hearing the same thing regarding the hotel and noise. Back to work now and don't feel rested at all even around the pool all day is constant noise staff shouting and loud music. I think this hotel needs to be reassessed by TUI as its letting you down.

Accommodation was clean. The hotel was noisy with the entertainment next door to early hours of the morning. We moved rooms 3 times until a suitable room was available. The entertainment on site was like a Butlins holiday camp of the 70s.
