    Recommended

    Very clean , well mannered staff , friendly and swift with cleaning & waiting tables, much larger facility then expected from images on the booking side of things ,reception willing to help with absolutely anything ( taxi service to location recommendation, to car rentals etc ) , food was always fresh ,fish tasted like it was just caught in morning at every dinner and the chicken was cooked so good it fell off the bone (everything tasted exceptional)

    On arrival, after a 3 hour transfer, the hotel appears nice. From there on in, the rooms were very tired, AI was not AI and the food was dire. Some of the staff were lovely, others made you feel like a hinderance or non existent. We have experience in many TUI hotels and have been truly amazed This is the worst experience of a All Inclusive hotel. The food was bland, like warm at best and the drinks package was very limited unless you paid for All inclusive plus. This has never been our experience until now The room was clean, although cracked floor tiles, broken light shade, cracked glass in the balcony panel, wires covered with electrician tape and many little other faults too numerous to mention

    Recommended

    Would be nice to have an actual double bed, especially as the 2 singles were not secured together so there was a fall hazard!!! A free safe would also be a boon.

    Arrived at Hotel at 10.30pm to be told the restaurant was closed and that the bar for all inclusive closes at 10.45 pm so we could not get a drink unless we paid for it. We were allocated a room at the top of the hotel when we had requested a low floor due to my wife’s mobility issues. This was rectified the following morning. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Food was mostly cold not hot even if we arrived at the restaurant at opening time, no drinks were available after breakfast until 10.30am, not allowed coffee after lunch and evening meal in restaurant. There were no toilets available at the upper pool area which again was a problem for my wife. All in all the hotel did not meet its 4 star rating, having holidayed at other 4 star hotels we would rate this at 2.5 stars. A very disappointing experience.
