    We’ve been to Arum Barut before and it’s consistent but since Rabia left the kids club that aspect has declined. Chico is lovely but the whole team don’t interact with the kids anymore. My girls said no one speaks to them when at kids club other than to give them instructions. These people are simply getting paid to do a job with zero passion behind what they do which is disappointing given Rabia made that part amazing and this was one of our main reasons for returning to the hotel. Everything else about the hotel is fantastic and I think if we hadn’t experienced it 2 years ago we would also think the same

    Arum Barut hotel was fantastic in all aspects - the food, the rooms, the staff and service, could not ask for more. Our only slight downside was the hotel not sticking with the procedure of removing towels from sunbeds before 7.30am as daily everyone was out before daybreak, way before 7.30, putting towels down but not spending more than an hour or two all day at the sun beds. Daily the same people had their same places and many sund beds were vacant for most of the day. Hence we ended up on the perifery every day of our stay as we had no intention of entering an early morning race to lay towels down hours before we would use them. We understand this is an issue with people and their attitudes but if the hotel could stick rigidly to the 7.30am deadline or come up with a fairer solution so all guests could enjoy some time next to he pool that would be great- especially when wanting to keep an eye on a young child of 6 yrs when in the pool like us.
