    The hotel was moderate. It could have had some additional cleaning and generally the hotel was shabby and needed some TLC. The pool area was grubby and needed cleaning under the sunloungers and some more staff to be attentive around drinks and maintenance. The bottom of the pool was grabby and had some rubbish at the bottom. The food was mediocre and could have done with some more variety. One morning we woke to a lump of broken plaster on the balcony and advised the reception it had fallen from the roof above. They cleaned it up but no one looked at the problem. Would have been huge if it had fallen on someone! The balcony door was also broken and lock was hanging off the screws. The kids club was great, the staff were lovely and very attentive to adults and kids. The entertainment was ok, but again no where near the standard we are used too. The singing had a lot to live up too and they looked a bit lost on stage. Also the seating area outside was small and made for a very hot, cramped night. Overall, I would not call this 5* and needs attention. Not what we are used to with previous TUI blue resorts

    The Aneas was above & beyond. The staff truly made the place 5*. They constantly smiled & were completely willing to do anything they could to help our family. From the cleaners by the pool to the bar staff to the waiters in the restaurant to the cleaners of our room, all were exceptional. The facilities were beautiful. I requested a bungalow via email before arrival & got this, it was stunning. I don’t think I’d have been as happy if I were in the main building
