    Recommended

    The hotel was lovely, great service from all staff (restaurant, bar and housekeeping). Always beds free by the pool and ordering drinks was really easy from your phone. There were two male managers who often roamed the restaurant in the evening wearing suit jackets (vs main staff wearing just shirts) and I found them both to be quite chauvinistic - only looking at or acknowledging my husband in the multiple times we saw them, whereas all other staff were warm and welcoming to us both.

    “Schöner Urlaub im Atrium Palace”

    Der Aufenthalt im Atrium Palace war perfekt. Hotel, Essen, Personal alles top. Aber der Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel war eine Frechheit. Wir sassen im Transferbus 1 Stunde ohne jegliche Information, warum der Bus nicht losfuhr. Dann erst auf Nachfrage, dass noch auf drei Passagiere eines Fluges gewartet wurde. Schliesslich fuhren der Transferbus 70 min nach Ankunft am Flughafen ohne diese Passagiere dann doch endlich los. Das war ehrlich gesagt echt eine Zumutung. 😕

    The quality of the food was woeful and the layout of the buffet was very poor with an equally poor selection of food. So much so that we where moved to the sister hotel Atrium Platinum where the food and the overall ambiance of the hotel was so much better than the Atrium Palace. Also the first room we where offered was very dull and small with a poor outlook, which was changed without any real fuss to a brighter and more pleasant room.
