    This hotel is rated 5 star by Tui, it isn’t by a country mile! Waiters overloaded during busy periods, same drinks but different tastes an each bar, there was no standardized amounts put into the drinks which I observed. Food was very bland and repetitive. Drinks were served in paper cups on occasion in the beach area, not done at the 4 Star hotels we have previously stayed at. In the accommodation we could hear next door coughing, leaving the tv on until early hours and flushing of the toilet, this should not be happening at a 5star hotel. We also had to ask for the room to be made up every day and when we asked for extra milk/tea there was about 30 extra milks where left in the middle of the unit in front of the tv and not the allocated area, Also had to ask for the fridge to be restocked with water on a number of occasions. The front of house staff gave incorrect information regarding the pickup times of a day trip which was refuted by customer relations, not a pleasant experience. Tui needs to look carefully at this hotel and downgrade as it also affects the tourist tax by 5 euros per day. Overall we will not be going back to this hotel and we be paying more attention to the description given by Tui and do more investigation if we use Tui again.

    “Fantastische vakantie van begin tot eind”

    We hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad! Het hotel was fantastisch en het aanbod aan eten was perfect, vooral omdat ik zwanger ben. Er was iedere dag veel keuze. Helaas werd ik op de laatste vakantiedag ziek, maar het hotel heeft ons uitstekend geholpen door snel een afspraak bij een dokter te regelen. Dat hebben we enorm gewaardeerd. Ook hebben we via TUI een schildpaddenboottocht gedaan en we hadden het geluk om een schildpad te zien. Dat was absoluut het hoogtepunt van onze vakantie! Alles was goed geregeld en we zouden TUI zeker aanbevelen.
