Ideal location, friendly staff

Location great but standard of food not brilliant, resort felt dated.

Lovely large room. Staff at reception were particularly pleasant and friendly. Pool area was large and spacious. There was never an issue with finding a sun bed as the hotel clearly had prepared to have enough for everyone.

Hotel is great, there are some areas which need improving that have deteriorated over the last few years we have been coming. Some botched jobs on the stone area around the pool and the entrance to the indoor pool/toilets from outside. Breakfast staff not great at remaking the tables once used, ready for the next people. High chairs not cleaned after use, just put to the side and left for the next person to clean themselves. There were some rough edges to the tiles in the children’s pool which scratch your feet, not very well pointed. Sad to see that the on-site mini-market was removed, much more convenient than having to drag kids to the local shop in the heat! A nice addition to have padded cushions added to the sun loungers. Staff were friendly and helpful. Angela on Reception was wonderful, a great people person and an asset, all the reception staff were lovely to be fair. Cleaners were all friendly and helpful too.
