    Very tired thread bare sheets curtains hanging off loungers worn out chipped pates and cups no towels some days for beds no icecream holes in decking it was awfal food terrible resturants closed

    Very dated, dirty and degraded furniture throughout. Although they say that they have 7 places to eat only 2/3 ever open at the same time. Rooms very damp indeed. Bed too damp to sleep in on 1st night. Furniture in a very poor state. TV remotes didnt work. Found a cockroach in bedroom on the first night. Balcony furniture dirty and broken. Hard to get tea/coffee/spoons /cups/towels and glasses in rooms. Beers removed from mini fridge eveyday. Food offerings very limited in terms of variety, and food incredibly salty. Bad communication between management and staff. Tui Reps not as helpful as they might have been. Hotel and rooms totally misrepresented in online info.

    Super kind and friendly staff, very lovely gardens and outdoor spaces, beach equipment nice, lovely fresh food, nice sea view, tranquil area of the hotel, as we requested. I do not understand who leaves bad reviews. The place is amasing. Just one suggestion for the room: not enough towel hangers, the cupboard in the bathroom is not ideal, as the room was always hugely humid, because there was not window in the bathroom providing ventilation, not a extractor but only a weak air supply grille. The room walls were often wet as even if the AC was on as not enough ventilation in the room. However, we are very easy people and we managed anyhow...thanks
