    We had to ask for toilet rolls and clean towels daily. The food was not the best twice we were ill. Service at pool bars was only if you tipped if not you were made to wait even if you were there first.

    Was not a family friendly resort broken pools leaky pools smashed edges dangerous for kids. Food appalling for children. Drug dealers all up and down the beach. No service anywhere. On the beach at the pools. Had to go find your own. Restaurants not open like told. Snack bars 1 was open all week meant to be 3/4 absolutely gutted I spent 13000 and couldn’t even get help to move hotel smashed my toe on the broken pool reception took photos and still nothing done. Only thing I can say was good were the staff they tried to help where they could but wasn’t enough. No juices offered for the kids in the mini bar no juices to be offered when complaining that our kids don’t drink fizzy no juices offered when asking room service. A child friendly resort with no fruit juice to offer? Never again. Azul beach resort really was a complete let down. Nothing good to say about the matter

    Described as 4 star plus, but no more than 3 star accommodation. Whilst beach is fabulous, resort is tired. Worn and broken furniture. Restaurant availability very limited.

    Very basic and should not cost the amount you charged, I feel I should receive a partial refund from you, I am very disappointed, this did not live up to my expectations nor did it live up to your own definition of what a 4-5 star hotel and holiday should be like
