Not enough information about the Bahama Bay Resort apartment that would be allocated in the website description. Many apartments (privately owned but managed by the resort) are very dated with furniture more than 20 yrs old, as was mine. However, it was spotless and it was enormous and Bahama Bay is the cleanest, well kept estate that we have ever visited ...tell travellers \"don't forget your firestick\".

I understand the rooms are privately owned but the quality was really quite poor. I would really encourage tui to look at these rooms on an individual basis before renting them out. There were a number of maintenance issues but the reception opening hours meant we couldn't raise issues.

Booked a 3 bedroom apartment and got a 2 bedrooms. Apartment was clean and spacious. The patio however looked onto the accommodation of the fence and the very large rubbish skips. Constant stream of cars and woken up by the bin lorry lifting and emptying the skip twice at 7am in the morning. Fell the exterior fence could have better screening and planting as sitting on the patio was less private than had been hoped for.

The condos need to be updated. We had to move due to the noise from above. We could hear every footstep, the toilet flushing and when the shower was on.
