    Too large a complex having to get a buggy everywhere. Although there were different restaurants on site we were unable to get booked in as always full. One day we had no hot water for showering and twice our room safe broke. It was very uncomfortable when they send 2 men to fix the safe then hang around do receive a tip. The buffet restuarant needs to label clearly what food is being served as half the time we didn't know what it was. The music round the pool was very loud with thumping music and needs to be mellowed.

    The accommodation was great, house keeping keeping the room cleaned, mini bar stocked everyday, facilities were great, the restaurants were amazing.

    Overall, I was really impressed with my accommodation experience. The accommodation was comfortable, welcoming and provided a great base for enjoying the holiday. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated the effort they made to make our stay enjoyable. There were a few small areas that could benefit from some attention, particularly around maintaining certain facilities and keeping everything looking as fresh and well-presented as possible. However, these were minor points and did not take away from what was, overall, a very positive experience. What stood out most was the atmosphere and the feeling that the team genuinely cared about guests having a good holiday. With a little extra attention to those small details, I think the accommodation could go from very good to exceptional. I would happily return and would certainly recommend it to friends and family
