On arrival at the hotel there was very little information given about the resort, checked in, (no welcome drink) shown to our room and pretty much left to our own devices, the welcome meeting the following morning was a waste of time, it was a small tiled room with 3 groups of people all talking ever louder over each other, I honestly never heard a word the rep said. The room was nice, large, clean with decent A/C. House keeping isn't the best, we had to ask twice for the mini bar to be restocked which is advertised as part of the service, we eventually gave up. On one occasion we returned to the room and the bed had only partly been made and the top cover was screwed up and thrown on a table, again we mentioned this but nothing was done. The hotel is clean and tidy for the most part but don't be fooled by the hotel's name, this is nowhere near a luxury hotel, I would suggest 3+ at most, TUI needs to think about how they market this resort, the hotel has a club 18-30 feeling about it most days especially round the pool, we spent every day at the beach, it's much quieter, there was still music playing just not constant drum and bass at extremely high volume levels. The waiting service can be very hit and miss, seems to me they need a lot more staff, we were ignored a few times by waiting staff especially at the lobby terrace. The a la cartes we visited, 2 were excellent Yurta and Portafino sadly Meat was a massive disappointment, no welcome cocktails, a 35 minute wait between courses, the steak was by far the toughest steak I'd ever tried to eat and the fries were cold, they were sent back and not replaced, after waiting a while we just left. We left a review on the app but mysteriously it had disappeared the next day. The buffet was excellent as was the poolside restaurant at breakfast and lunch, both food and staff were great, bar staff at all the bars were polite and very hard working. The coffee shop is great and worth a visit. If you're looking for a peaceful holiday I'd say look elsewhere unless you're prepared to pay an extra $70 per night for a swim up room. This hotel seems to me to be geared toward American college leavers and it's trying to be all things to all people but sadly misses the mark. In a word, disappointing.

Rooms were cleaned and serviced daily by lovely staff. The accommodation needs a freshen up overall, this is supposed to be a high star rated hotel.

The entertainment in the square was not advertised in our hotel which meant we missed all of the shows. Food for vegetarians was absolutely terrible food was not labelled clearly and no variety one of the worse hotels I've been to for food
