    Holiday was overall great however there was frustrating issues with booking and availability of dinner reservations, was advertised as unlimited a la carte we struggled to get 7 over 2 weeks , food in buffet was fine but this was a major attraction to booking this holiday, unlikey to return to this resort for this reason. Staff at hotel were brilliant however.

    The room we had which was a premium junior suite was lovely, cleaned every day and fresh towels etc so I could not fault this at all. However the overall hotel was not what was expected, the roof kept falling in, from the outside you could see it covered in tarpoling to hide the holes. If you wanted to sit in the lobby or just outside you’d end up covered in black bits. Numerous time myself and family ended up with black soot type things all over our clothes and in our drinks. One of the pools (pool bar pool) was ok to begin with but then it gradually started to become super cloudy, was full of dead bugs to the point you’d end up washing them out your hair if you went in the pool. It was apparent the pool did not get properly cleaned as it gradually became worse each day. A lot of the tiles were cracked so had to Becareful not to cut yourself. The pool area itself was dangerous, so slippy and witnessed a number of people having nasty falls. Myself and 4 year old almost fell too many times to count, it was like walking on an ice rink.

    Excellent food options available. Staff were all friendly and went above and beyond to offer a great service. Grounds were kept very clean and newly refurbished rooms were a fantastic surprise upon check in.
