    Recommended

    Hyatt have taken over 50 percent of Bahía resorts however at this moment in time I found it was much worse than the previous visit to coba. Unfortunately I wouldn’t say it’s very child friendly other than the kids club which was good. The buffet had been cut in half since before and they didn’t even serve french fries or much variety for kids anymore. It was a struggle to find food for a two year old and she mainly only ate sausages and fruit daily or some bread. Room wasn’t cleaned a couple of times and I had to call for the fridge to be restocked most days. Entertainment is now mainly at the hacienda market when things like the fire show and silent disco used to be at our hotel.

    It was a nice room but the rooms were fully of mosquitos as I got bitten to ********** and was covered which made the hole experience and my hoilday horrible and not as inenjouyable as it should of been.

    I would like to provide feedback regarding our recent holiday. Overall, Mexico was fantastic. The hotel itself was excellent, with a great selection of restaurants available to book, and we were pleased to be able to choose six during our stay. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service throughout our holiday. I would also like to praise the TUI representative who stepped in to conduct our welcome meeting. They were informative, approachable, and provided the level of customer service we would expect from a TUI representative. Unfortunately, our experience with the assigned TUI representative at the hotel was very disappointing. Throughout our stay, we found her to be unhelpful and uninterested in assisting guests. On our final day, we approached her to ask how we needed to pay the tourist tax before travelling home. Rather than offering any guidance or checking the information for us, she simply said it was \"on the app or payable at the airport\" before immediately returning to her laptop. There was no attempt to explain the process, answer any questions, or provide the level of support we would expect from a TUI representative. Given that representatives are there to assist customers during their holiday, we felt let down by the lack of customer service and support provided. While this did not ruin an otherwise excellent holiday, it did leave us with a poor impression of the TUI service at the resort. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration and used to improve the level of support provided to future guests.

    Lovely resort with good shuttle availability for beach and other lobby's etc but damp smelling rooms and food wasn't the best we have had from a tui holiday! The animals that live in resort is brilliant though and we enjoyed seeing them every day wandering around. I think we would go again.
