    The accomodation was good however Tui gailrd to tell them about our special needs requesta for our PRMs so we were relocated to a more comfortable room that was far away from the amenities and what we paid for. It wasnt the hotels fault

    We had to move rooms shortly after arriving at our room as it had an awful smell of damp, what a way to start your holiday. We spent another 1.5hrs just to move rooms. During our stay we had 2 bedrooms, both of which were not cleaned on 3 seperate occasions, neither were towels changed. When asked for towels, they would take nealy an hour to arrive and on the penultimate night, one of our rooms didnt get fresh towels at all despite calling and requesting them, as well as physically requesting these at guest services twice! My son had all the symptoms of bed bugs and we had to get both rooms fumigated and treatment was needed. Cleanliness was not great at all. Even the pools had sand on a daily basis and we were unable to use the beach as it was covered in seaweed for miles on end. Horrible experience, unlike what was advertised!!!

    Accommodatie was precies hoe je op het site van tui zag. Onze villa was super groot en schoon. Iedere dag werd de kamer schoongemaakt en werd er ruim voldoende handdoeken gezet mini bar werd elke dag gevuld. Eten was gevarieerd en smaakte goed. Onze villa was bij de grote zwembad en aan de strand.
