    Generally nothing to complain about it would have been nice to have known the lobby bar was out of order before travelling as we may have selected an alternative hotel on the complex

    Don’t book this hotel facilities are not as described Entertainment at night is limited some shows you have to pay an additional charge The house keeping room maid was excellent The staff are friendly The beach is unusable and suitable arrangements to use neighbouring facility’s are limited and restricted Premium service was not premium and subjected to faults and flaws despites costing £2500 on top of our booking

    Not a 5 star hotel Drinks watered down Various bar/Snack bars not open.This information regarding parts of bars snack facilities not available was not relayed to us from TUI or on the app so disappointed at pool if you needed a snack you had to leave pool area and go to other pool to get something

    Staff where great as was the location of the hotel I do think that tui should warn customers about the sargassum at the beaches prior to booking as most beaches where unusable we would possibly have chosen a different area had we been more aware of the situation.

    As the hotel is under transition to Hyatt we felt that there were some aspects that let them down and dampened our holiday. We were unable to book à la carte meals until our very last day, unless you were willing to queue from 530 that pretty much meant you were unable to use that option. Some nights there wasn’t any kids food options on the buffet and they didn’t refresh staples like chips very often. Due to the damage to the main bar we were able to use Akumal though which was nice but this ended the day after we left (& while our bar etc was still under maintenance). The uncertainty of access would stop me returning. The room was clean but very basic, we did report the air con not working well but no one seemed to come, the bed was quite creaky as well which was annoying
