Place felt safe at all time ! The food quality was superb! Members of staff were very friendly and polite! Every single area of the hotel was very well looked after!

Our room was ok, there was some cosmetic issues but the room was huge , bed comfy and bathroom was good

Nice hotel. Limited help / information when needed. We wanted to use a taxi to get to a wedding we found it difficult to book. We asked the staff at hotel to help and were sent to concierge they charged us a very high fee compared to what should have been a reasonable price. There was very loud music all day around the pool, volume was increased in the afternoon not what you expect at a better hotel. Evening entertainment was poor.

Accommodation: tv in room only worked for 15 minutes at a time. Tv did. It connect to the Wi-Fi properly. Very noisy, could hear baby crying every night through the walls. Entertainment: very limited evening entertainment, no variety, just singers and dj’s. No dancers, special events, country relevant entertainment or variety. Food: ok, not 5 *. Pretty much the same selection every night. Limited meat, and very little fish. Lots of casseroles/stews….all a bit samey. No special evenings, no bbqs or anything interesting. Just the same buffet every night. Only one main restaurant, no real alternatives on site Water sports: advertised on tui website as available at the hotel. Very very expensive. Pillow for 4 for 10 minutes was £169! Outrageous. Staff: very nice, helpful and attentive. Pool: very nice Chilled and relaxed atmosphere. Concierge: excellent service and helpfulness. Rooms: rooms were cleaned daily, towels changed daily, room cleaning staff very good. Generally hotel was very good. Spa good, only massages available, uk prices, not Turkish prices. No beauty treatments, nail services etc, just massage
