The hotel itself is set in beautiful grounds. It is extremely clean and well cared for. The rooms are very outdated but clean. Everything in this hotel is an extra - even a glass of water! No welcome drink on arrival. 119 euros to extend the room! 90 euros a day for a front row sunbed! You have to pay to use beach towels - and if you want a clean one you have to pay again! Staff friendly but hands tied by management. No give and take at all. If you want decaf coffee with your breakfast you have to pay 3 euros. You are give. A bottle of wine with your meals, but aren’t allowed to take it back to room!

Could not fault it. My wife and i had a fabulous 2 weeks,at the Bia del porto, spotless throughout the hotel. ONLY THING THAT LET THE TUI EXPERIENCE DOWN WAS THE TWILIGHT CHECKKIN AT MANCHESTER TERMINAL 2 THE PERSONS ON THE DESK,NEED SOME SERIOUS RETEAINING HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS. JUST RUDE AND UNHELPFUL WOULD BE NICE TO SPEAK TO CUSTOMER SERVICES Beautiful resturants fantastic quality food, amazing friendly staff, couldnt do enough for the guests Definately would return.

it stated there was entertainment, there was no entertainment

Beautiful hotel in a stunning location - interior design, food, staff fantastic - would definitely return

We were really disappointed we paid extra to have a separate bedroom from our 15 year old daughter but this was not provided as this accommodation was not available when we complained to the hotel
