“Hotel van rust”

Hotel om volledig tot rust te komen. Buffet, cocktails, snacks verzorgd en lekker. Vriendelijk personeel, wel jammer dat de meesten nauwelijks engels spreken. Elke dag wordt de kamer gepoets,verse lakens en handdoeken. Algeheel een heel net hotel en mooi ingericht. Topvakantie gehad!

The hotels was peaceful and had a zen like atmosphere about to. Rooms were cleaned immaculately and had everything you needed. The staff everywhere were so attentive to guests' needs. Food and drink was top tier especially the cakes!!!! Diet has already started. Wonderful hotel! Our cleaner was particularly lovely!

Wonderfully relaxing place. Exactly as pictures showed.very calm, chic bit with with no fuss. Our only criticism would be the service was slightly patchy,mostly great, but beach bar evening service was terrible. One night we were approached by two different waiting staff who both asked if we wanted drimks bit neither brought one to us! Pool bar ser ice overall was better, but in daytime some people got smiles from bar staff and drinks brought to them by the pool, whereas we had to go get them from the bat and were scowled at. In restaurant, we were served arrm white and rose wine on more than one occasion because there was no ice bucket at waiting station, so once a bottle was open, it sat on waiting station getting warm. Overall, the hotel staff were great, very smiley and efficient, but one or two tweaks needed to be outstanding.

'-nice and clean rooms, -well maintaned complex, -some very friendly stuff such as Saban or Unur and Ansel (massage)etc, BUT- with our room facing the garden - and outdoor bar there was no night sleep possible - its either the outdoor bar (DJ, or Live music until after midnight) and then the loud music continues from next door (outdoor club-disco) until after 3 am. we moved into a pool villa but the club next door was still so loud,- one night using earplugs and noise cancelling headphones- but you could still hear the bass and the music. We were exhausted - so unfortunately, as the food and location was really nice, but if you are looking for some rest during the night- we cannot recommed - at least not the rooms withing their garden area.

Overall the staff were very kind. However, the pool was freezing cold and the entertainment was not top tier. The gym was small and the food options were limited, we also experienced raw chicken from the grill at the buffet. The à la carte only had salads as vegetarian options and even throughout the buffet the labels were unclear and eating meat was a risk. We were put into a bad room initially that was very loud next to bins and generators, we were moved the next day very easily. However it is annoying not arriving and unpacking and getting settled. The pool was freezing, it was not pleasant to swim in. The decor of the hotel is very nice, the drinks were fine. Overall I wouldn’t recommend the hotel as I feel the value for money was not there. There wasnt enough activities for it to be an exciting hotel. It was luxury enough for it to be a luxurious chilled hotel. I would say it is good for 2/3 days to relax.
